1 . Which payment options are supported?
In our webshop, you can pay with the most common payment methods, including iDeal, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Sepa transfer, Sofort and Giropay. Are you not able to complete your order with the available payment methods? If so, please contact us at support@vulkangear.nl
2 . Can I still change my order after the payment?
You cannot change your order via our webshop after you have paid. Please contact support@vulkangear.nl and together we will see how we can support your request.
3 . Where can I follow the status of my order?
You can track the status of your order in your account. Look under 'My Orders' to view your orders. You will be able to find the order status and your track-and-trace code here.
4 . Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order after the payment has been completed. It will have to be returned after having been received. Please see our terms and conditions for returns and exchanges. Not sure what to do? Please contact support@vulkangear.nl
